The scroll wheel
on the mouse is somewhat defective. It works for the most part but it's glitchy. When you scroll down, it will somewhat try to scroll back up a bit. It fights against you. It's a bit annoying but the mouse is still usable. Maybe its even fixable. Maybe the scroll sensor is just dusty and needs to be cleaned out. I don't know.
Otherwise, everything else works as it should.
